Clevelands Wagyu breeds elite Wagyu bulls and females. Our sires have been selected based on recognised performance data including excellent marbling results. Our sires are 50% - 75% Tajima blood. Our females have been selected for their large frame size, temperament and milking ability and, as well, they must be structurally sound.

Clevelands Wagyu uses DNA and Genestar technology. DNA results confirm animals pedigrees and Genestar results indicate marbling, tenderness and feed efficiency. By identifying animals that excel in net feeding, producers will have cattle that feedlotters want, as they are ready to enter feedlots at a younger age and have heavier weights.

We are producing Wagyu of above average frame and that marble to a very high score.
