Clevelands Wagyu has selected elite sires based on recognised performance data. Most are 50% - 75% Tajima blood.
Michifuku 1615 is 75% Tajima and an internationally recognised sire. His offspring have a combination of high meat quality, body development and fertility.
Longford Honjo 475 and Longford Zaki 476 are outstanding sons of Michifuku. Their progeny are very soft cattle with excellent Genestar results. Carcase data shows F1s consistently averaging above 7 for marbling. Their daughters have very good maternal traits.
Itoshigenami TF148 is 75% Tajima blood. His sire Shigeshigenami is a famous bull in Japanese breeding. Itoshigenami's two full brothers carcase data is as follows: 1. Age 29 months | 461 kg carcase | BMS 10 2. Age 30 months | 445 kg carcase | BMS 11.
Itozuridoi TF151 is of rare breeding with 50% Tajima blood and weighs 1100 kg. His progeny have excellent carcase weights and good performance in meat production.
Kitateruyasu-doi 003 is a Tajima line sire and weighs 732 kg. He is producing outstanding sires for F1 production. His females are excellent mothers in Fullblood production.
Itoshigefuji TF147 and Yukiharunami 4 have been selected because of their large frame size and have been used over high Tajima blood cows. Itoshigefuji TF147 is proving to be the sire of some of the best Fullblood dams in Australia.
